All third-country applicants are notified about admission during February. Afterwards, the selected students for an Erasmus Mundus scholarship are notified about their selection by the Consortium by March 15. The formal confirmation of the scholarships is given to students by May 31, after the approval of the Erasmus Mundus scholarships by the European Commission.

2nd Call:
The second call is opened to all students that want to apply for a Consortium Scholarship, but only European students can apply for a Erasmus Mundus Category B scholarship  Non third-country students which have applied during the 1st call are considered also within this call.

All applications from European students submitted within this deadline are automatically considered also as applications to an Erasmus Mundus Category B scholarship or Consortium Scholarship. Applications submitted by third-country students are automatically considered also as applications to a Consortium Scholarship.
This call is closed for the academic year 2011/2012.
All applicants are notified about admission during June. Afterwards, the selected students for a Consortium Scholarship are notified by July 15. Any possible remaining Consortium Scholarship will be made available for the third call.
